Does a gift card expire?
No. The card never expires, the credits it adds never expire, and there are no fees of any kind.
What does the recipient get?
Credits on their Better Listing Media account, at the same rate as a credit pack of the same price: a $100 card adds 1,020 credits. Credits pay for every editing service, from HDR to Virtual Twilight and Virtual Staging.
When does it arrive?
By email, as soon as your payment is confirmed or on the date you choose. A card over $250 can be redeemed 24 hours after purchase while we verify the payment.
Does the recipient need an account?
They need a Better Listing Media account to redeem it. Creating one is free, and the gift card email explains how.
Can a gift card be exchanged for cash?
No. A gift card redeems only for Better Listing Media credits and can't be exchanged for cash, except where the law requires it.
Can I get a refund?
Gift cards are non-refundable. If something went wrong with your payment, such as a duplicate charge, contact our support team and the amount charged in error is returned as credits. Where the law requires a refund to your original payment method, we provide one.
