What is Better Listing Media?
Better Listing Media is real estate photography software built for photographers. Studio edits the photos: HDR merge, virtual twilight and virtual staging are ordered per image, and the editing tools sit on one rail. Workspace runs the business around each shoot: bookings, clients, branded delivery portals, invoices, team roles and the photographer's own storefront. Photo Ready 360 gets the home ready before shoot day.
Who is Better Listing Media for?
Real estate photographers. Studio edits the shoot, Workspace runs the business around it (bookings, clients, delivery portals, invoices) and your storefront takes bookings under your own brand. Agents don't need an account: they book you on your storefront.
Do you edit the photos with AI?
Yes. Studio, our AI editing product, handles HDR merging (with sky replacement included, plus photographer and camera removal on interiors), virtual twilight and virtual staging, and the photographer reviews and approves every image before delivery. Photo Ready 360 uses AI too: it reads a seller's phone photos and returns a room-by-room prep checklist before shoot day.

How do I sign up or log in?
Create an account at betterlistingmedia.com with your email and a password, or with the Google or Apple button when the sign-in page shows it. Studio is free to start; Workspace, where you run bookings, clients and your storefront, comes with a Workspace plan.
What is a workspace?
Workspace is where you run the business: bookings, listings, clients, your calendar, your storefront and delivery portal, and invoices. It comes with a Workspace plan. Studio, where you edit, is its own product and is free to start.
Can my team share an account?
Yes, with a Workspace plan. Seats are included from the Lite plan, and inviting teammates by email and giving them roles comes with Pro. Everyone then works in the same workspace, each with their own login. Open Workspace, then Team, to see your seats.

Studio: AI photo editing

What editing services do you offer?
Studio's Services are HDR Merge, with fireplace lighting, sky replacement and screen replacement included, and photographer and camera removal on interiors, plus Virtual Twilight, Virtual Staging and Multi-Perspective Staging. Everything is priced from one credit balance, and the editing tools in Studio handle the rest by hand.
What is HDR merge?
HDR Merge is the base edit for interiors and exteriors: it blends your exposures (or enhances a single frame) so windows aren't blown out and rooms look bright and natural, with true-to-life colour. Fireplace lighting, sky replacement and screen replacement are included automatically, with no extra charge, and the photographer and camera are removed too, including the photographer's reflection in a window. On exteriors, people in the shot are removed and patchy tree shade on the siding is evened out, while the house, the yard and every detail of the property stay exactly as you photographed them. Drone photos come back bright and natural with the sky replaced where there is sky.
What do sky replacement and object removal do?
Both come with HDR Merge at no extra charge. Sky replacement swaps a dull or overcast sky for a clean, natural one on exteriors, and the photographer and camera are removed from mirrors and reflections. Neither changes the property's real structure.

Orders & delivery

My order looks stuck or says processing forever.
Sign in, open Help and choose "Check a shoot". The assistant reads the shoot's real status, tells you what happened, and runs any fix that's yours to run, like re-running photos our quality check flagged. If it's genuinely stuck or missing a group of photos, a specialist reprocesses it at no charge; if the output is actually fine, we'll explain what's happening.
Some photos are missing from my delivery.
Sign in, open Help and choose "Check a shoot" to see what happened to each photo in it. Photos that couldn't be edited have their credits returned, and a genuinely missing group can be reprocessed at no charge: choose "Have a specialist look" and a person takes it from there.

Billing & payments

I want a refund, a reshoot, or a credit.
Every remedy is a free re-edit or credits to your account. If an edit or an order has a problem, we re-edit or reprocess it at no charge first, and if that can't fix it, the credits for those photos go back to your balance (ask within 14 days of delivery). Credits for an edit that fails are returned automatically. If you were charged twice or charged the wrong amount, the amount charged in error is returned to your account as credits once we've confirmed it. Credit packs, plan credits and gift cards aren't refundable, a cancelled plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, and App Store or Google Play purchases are refunded by that store under its own rules. Where the law requires a refund to your original payment method, we provide one. Refunds and credit returns are always handled by a person: send us the date, the amount and the receipt or order number.
How does pricing work?
You buy credits, and a credit is always $0.10. Every Service costs the same credits on every plan and pack: HDR Merge is 6 credits a photo ($0.60), Virtual Twilight 20 a photo and Virtual Staging 20 a room. Get credits two ways. An editing plan, Tier I to Tier VI ($49 to $1,499 a month), adds 515 to 17,838 credits each month, and unused plan credits roll over up to 2× the monthly credits. Or buy a credit pack ($25 to $500), whose credits never expire. Workspace, which runs your bookings, clients, invoices and storefront, and Studio, the desktop editing app, are sold on their own, each in Lite and Pro, from $19 a month. The Studio in a browser is free. A Business Plan adds a Workspace and Studio pair at a bundle price to any editing plan: pairs from $30 a month, so from $79 a month in total. The pricing page lists every plan and pack.
Is there a free trial?
Signing up is free and doesn't need a card, and the Studio in a browser is free. Services are paid in credits: credit packs from $25, whose credits never expire, or an editing plan from $49 a month. We don't offer a free trial at the moment.
