Questions photographers ask

What is a credit?
A credit is always worth $0.10. HDR Merge is 6 credits a photo, Virtual Twilight 20, Virtual Staging 20 a room, and multi-perspective staging 25 for the first two angles plus 10 for each angle after, on every plan and pack.
What happens if I need more this month?
Buy a credit pack at any time; pack credits never expire. If you top up often, a higher tier gives you more bonus credits for the money.
Do unused credits expire?
Plan credits roll over, up to twice your monthly credits. Pack credits never expire. If a plan ends, the credits already in your balance stay.
Can I buy the software without an editing plan?
Yes. Workspace is $19 to $79 a month and Studio $19 to $39, each on its own. Together with an editing tier, the pair costs less: from $30 a month.
Can I change or cancel?
Change tiers whenever you like. Cancel anytime: a cancelled plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, and you keep the credits you already have.
Do I need an account before I pay?
No. Choose a plan and pay by card through Stripe, then set up your account from the receipt email.
What does a bundle save?
A bundle is a Workspace and Studio pair at a bundle price, added to any editing tier you choose; the credits are the tier's. Starter (Workspace Lite and Studio Lite) is $30 a month and saves $8 against buying them separately and Professional (Workspace Pro and Studio Pro) is $95 a month and saves $23 against buying them separately. With Tier I, a bundle starts at $79 a month.
What are bonus credits?
Extra credits added when you buy more at once. Packs add 2% from $100, 5% from $250 and 8% from $500. Editing tiers add 5% to 19%, rising with each tier. Bonus credits spend exactly like the credits you paid for.
How does yearly billing work?
Editing tiers are 10% off when billed yearly. Workspace, Studio and bundle software pairs give you 2 months free. A year is billed once, up front, and renews each year until cancelled.
Is there a fee on bookings?
Not with any Workspace plan: clients pay you through your own Stripe account. Without Workspace there is no storefront, but your Find a Photographer profile is free, and a booking through it carries 2.25%.
How much storage and how many seats do I get?
Workspace Lite includes 50 GB and 1 seat and Workspace Pro includes 250 GB and 5 seats. On Workspace Pro, add more seats at $12 a seat a month. Past your storage, the extra is 15¢ per GB a month. Without Workspace, finished photos are kept 7 days, and longer on an editing tier.

Prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable taxes. A price with a fraction of a cent is shown rounded up to the next cent; checkout shows the exact price. Editing plans, software and bundles renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. A yearly editing plan is billed once a year at its yearly price, 10% below twelve monthly payments; yearly software and a bundle’s software pair are billed at 10 months for twelve (2 months free). A yearly price shown per month is the yearly price divided by twelve, rounded to the nearest cent. What credits buy is shown as counts at each Service’s fixed credit cost, rounded down; credits can be spent on any mix of Services. Bonus credits follow the same rollover and refund rules as purchased credits. Unused plan credits roll over up to 2 times the monthly credits; pack credits do not expire while the account is open.
